Only in Bali can you rent a monkey. Just before the Banjar Hot Springs, which are situated in the hills above Lovina, is a tiny market and one of the stall holders has a baby monkey which is available for rent. Lorraine could not resist the appeal of this little creature so we took him with us to the Hot Springs. The springs are separated into 3 areas, the top area is the hottest and the next two areas progressively cooler. The last has water falling from about 20 feet and it's great to swim or stand beneath the tumbling water.
